• Full payment must be made to confirm your trek slot.

• Partial payments may be accepted for select treks, with balance due before the trek start date.

• Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or approved payment gateways.

• Booking is non-transferable unless approved in writing.

🧍Eligibility & Fitness

• Trekkers must meet the minimum fitness criteria outlined for each trek.

• Participants must disclose any medical conditions prior to booking.

• Meru Treks reserves the right to deny participation if fitness or health concerns pose a safety risk.

🧳Inclusions & Exclusions

Included:

• Accommodation during the trek

• Meals as per itinerary

• Trek guides and support staff

• Permits and entry fees

• Basic first aid

Not Included:

• Transport to and from base camp

• Personal gear and rentals

• Insurance (unless specified)

• Offloading charges

• Expenses due to delays or changes

🛡️ Safety & Risk

• Trekking involves inherent risks including altitude sickness, weather changes, and terrain hazards.

• Meru Treks takes all reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee complete safety.

• Trekkers must follow instructions from guides at all times.

• Emergency evacuation costs are borne by the trekker.

🔄 Date Changes & Rescheduling

• Date change requests must be made at least 15 days before trek start.

• Changes are subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

• Only one date change is permitted per booking.

📷 Media & Content Use

• Meru Treks may capture photos/videos during treks for promotional use.

• By participating, you grant us permission to use your image unless you opt out in writing.

⚖️ Legal & Liability

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City, India].

• Meru Treks is not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from third-party services or personal negligence.

• Trekkers are responsible for their own belongings.
